I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with amazing family-friendly amenities and pleasant staff. The rooms were comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the Caribbean, though there were moments of confusion during check-in. The dining options were generally good, but some areas could use improvement, particularly the variety. Overall, I felt it was great value for money, especially given the spacious pools and beach access.
